This position offers varied and dynamic tasks, organised according to a work plan, within the Canton of Ticino (TI) and surrounding areas.
At our various temporary Salt sales stands – in "shop-in-shops", shopping centres, fairs or outdoors under Salt promotional tents – you will approach passers-by, present our services and achieve the highest possible sales.

Your mission:
- Active acquisition of new customers: enthusiastically approach passers-by and proactively distribute flyers
- Closing sales: promote and sell our mobile telephony and home Internet services
- Professional advice: identify customer needs and generate interest in additional services and options
- Assembly and disassembly of our mobile sales stands
- Collaboration in the attractive presentation of our products and the Salt brand at stands and fairs
- Carrying out various administrative tasks related to sales activities
- Excellent communication skills and initiative
- Strong sales aptitude and ability to close deals
- Native Italian speaker with excellent knowledge of Swiss German; additional language skills are an advantage
- High flexibility regarding working hours and locations
- Resilient personality, confident demeanour and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
- Independent, efficient and precise working style
- Completed vocational training in retail is an advantage
- Students are also welcome
- A good knowledge of German is an advantage
What we offer:
- Base salary of CHF 4,100.– (CHF 700.– flat-rate allowance for expenses)
- Performance-related variable pay (sales commissions), with earning potential up to CHF 8,000.– per month
