Assistant - Commercial Administration and Billing M/F
Job Description
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Commercial Administration & Billing Assistant at 100% for a duration of 4 to 6 months, with the possibility to continue the collaboration at a workload between 60% and 80% depending on the company’s needs.
You will ensure the smooth running of commercial administration by guaranteeing the follow-up of offers, client contracts, and billing. You will ensure the quality of information, respect deadlines, and the proper conduct of administrative processes in collaboration with the commercial, technical, and administrative teams.
Responsibilities
Commercial Administration
- Prepare commercial offers and ensure their administrative follow-up
- Prepare, create, and update client contracts
- Monitor contractual changes
- Ensure compliance and quality of administrative documents
Billing
- Prepare billing for services, maintenance contracts, subscriptions, and recurring services
- Verify contractual elements necessary for reliable billing
- Ensure compliance with contractual conditions and deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of files
Administrative Management
- Enter, update, and control data in our Strategic ERP
- Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative processes
- Welcome visitors, manage telephone reception, and provide administrative support to various departments
Profile sought
Education and experience
- Commercial employee certificate (CFC) or equivalent training
- Proven experience in commercial administration, contract management, or billing
- Experience managing commercial offers, client contracts, and complex billing processes, ideally in a B2B environment
- Experience using an ERP; knowledge of Strategic is an asset
