Specialised Equipment Coordinator "Natural Elements" 80-100%

To strengthen our Fire Defence and Rescue Division, we are looking for our future:

Within the TLS entity (Technical and Logistics SDIS), you will participate in implementing our "Natural Elements" strategy, focused on our three pillars: Ensure, Prevent and Rescue. You will guarantee the state of readiness, operational deployment and renewal of equipment, as well as take part in the entity's intervention engagements (on-call duty).

What awaits you if you join us?

You will represent the entity within the strategic "Natural Elements" programme by ensuring the progress of activities and prioritisation of actions. You will identify operational needs and manage their acquisition, including multi-partner testing and drafting evaluation reports. You will also develop engagement and resource recovery concepts.

You will coordinate the actions necessary for the operational deployment and maintenance of the "Natural Elements" resources, participate in budget preparation, and identify risks related to operational supply by proposing corrective measures. You will contribute to the skills development of your colleagues and ensure technological monitoring of solutions.

On behalf of your hierarchy, you will also take charge of other Support service missions. Finally, you will be subject to on-call service.

Your profile:

Holder of a higher education degree (university or university of applied sciences) or a recognised qualification in logistics, you have at least 5 years of proven experience in managing complex projects, engagement logistics and logistical flows. You have also been a firefighter for at least 3 years.

You possess strong communication, negotiation and cost analysis skills, good synthesis and reporting abilities, experience using an ERP, a good understanding of database systems and mastery of standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) as well as project management tools. With a logical and pragmatic solution-oriented mindset, you know how to develop and implement work processes, and demonstrate autonomy, collaborative ease and good stress resistance, with a strong interest in public service. Excellent command of French and very good writing skills are also required.

A recognised diploma or certification in project management (PMI, IPMA, specialised Master, CAS) is an asset, as is experience in using and implementing equipment for combating natural elements (pump, dam, etc.), natural risk management, crisis management and equipment acquisition procedures (public procurement, contractual documents).
