Student Assignment - Administrative Support in an Editorial Office at 40%! FR/GER
About the Role
Our client, a media company specialised in the health sector, is looking for administrative support to assist their team in managing the publication of a journal. You will join a multilingual team (French & German) where you will be responsible for tracking publication projects, communicating with authors and other stakeholders, up to validation by the editorial committee. This is an opportunity to develop your skills in a stimulating environment alongside a team that will train you in editorial project management.
Tasks
- Coordinate and supervise the stages of the editorial process according to the schedule
- Manage relationships with external service providers
- Coordinate the review and correction of texts
- Ensure follow-up with authors before and after publication
- Gather the needs of the editorial committee and propose implementation solutions
We Are Looking For
- You are currently studying business management, communication, journalism or a similar field
- You are fluent in French and German (C1)
- You have some successful experience in administrative management (a real plus)
- You are proficient with common IT tools (Office suite)
- You are available at least 2 days per week
