Exciting tasks

• Management and organisation of the shop and petrol station
• Leading a team of about ten people
• Management, planning and training of staff
• Customer service, cash register management
• Stock and unsold goods management
• Ordering, checking and displaying merchandise
• Maintaining cleanliness of the shop, petrol station and carwash
• Troubleshooting in case of carwash and wash tunnel breakdowns
• Various administrative tasks.

Profile sought

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as retail manager or equivalent training
• Additional training in management and leadership is an advantage
• Proven experience in leading a team within a petrol station
• Technical knowledge of the operation of a carwash and wash tunnel
• Strong sense of organisation and responsibility
• Marked interest in advising, selling and customer satisfaction
• Ability to supervise, motivate and unite a team
• Dynamic, versatile, autonomous and flexible personality
• Ability to manage priorities and handle unforeseen events
• Availability to work according to hours between 5am and 9pm, 7 days a week, as per the established schedule.
