About the Role

As a Teams ambassador, you will independently manage a help desk. Your role is to answer simple technical questions and encourage employees to use collaborative features to optimise their teamwork on Teams.

Tasks

Managing a physical contact point to assist colleagues in their daily use of Microsoft Teams.

• Welcoming users and answering their questions about the Teams tool
• Guiding users in creating discussion channels
• Encouraging the adoption of the platform's collaborative features
• Providing clear and educational explanations on the basics of the tool
• Promoting best practices for internal communication

We are looking for

• Proficiency in the basic features of Microsoft Teams (creating discussion channels, document sharing, etc.)

An advantage if you have

• Previous experience in a support, reception, or customer service role
