Multi-Asset Investment Advisor FR / ENG 100% (m / f)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Cross-Asset Investment Advisor FR / ENG 100% in 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva. The collaborator will join the Investment Advisory & Portfolio Management of the bank.

Our client is an international private bank well established in Switzerland and other international financial places.

Description

• Joining the Advisory & Portfolio Management department;
• Supporting Senior Advisors and Private Bankers in the day-to-day management of client relationships and advisory activities;
• Coordination and tracking of investment orders and execution processes;
• Assistance with preparing investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and client presentations;
• Monitoring of portfolios, asset allocation, investment performance, and cash management activities;
• Ensuring accurate tracking of transactions, documentation, and internal processes;
• Participation in staffing the advisory desk, including planned market and customer monitoring;
• Conducting market research on various asset classes and investment themes;
• Assistance with investment selection and analysis;
• Providing ideas and recommendations for potential investment opportunities;
• Monitoring of financial markets, macroeconomic developments, and investment trends;
• Maintenance and updating of the advisory portfolio universe, watchlists, and reporting tools;
• Assisting with the preparation of investment publications, market commentary, and marketing materials;
• Support in the development of internal investment presentations and client communication materials;
• Reporting to the clients and the Management;
• Participation to the day-to-day in the office.

Profile

• Graduated in Finance, Economy or Management;
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar advisory role in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory in Switzerland;
• Very good level on multi-asset classes for direct and indirect investments;
• Good commands in MS Office, banking softwares and IA tools;
• Very good language skills in French and in English;
• Client orientation and sense of advisory;
• Rigorous, organised, dynamic and professional;
• Sense of confidentiality.
