About the role
We are looking for a Receptionist for one of our clients, an international financial services company based in Geneva. This is a temporary assignment to cover for a team member on medical leave. You will join a welcoming team of around thirty people spread across different offices, with a balanced and collaborative working atmosphere. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will represent the company’s professional image, so business attire is required.
Work tasks
- Welcome visitors and answer phone calls
- Manage the reception desk and client greetings
- Sort, scan, and distribute mail
- Prepare and organize meeting rooms
- Handle office supplies and related requests
We are looking for
- You have prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk/administrative role
- You are recognized for your service-oriented mindset, positive energy, and professional attitude
- Proactive and resourceful, you don’t hesitate to ask questions and find solutions on your own
- Your smile and dynamism make you a great fit in a team-oriented environment
- A minimum B2 level of English is required (French is not mandatory)
