- Responsibility for the product roadmap and the medical design of new digital products and services to our customer segments.
- Conducting market and trend analyses to identify new digital potentials - aligned with the company strategy.
- Formulation of market requirements and development of innovative product concepts - in-cluding presentation to the executive management.
- Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams for the implementation of the strategic roadmap.
- Building and maintaining a network with relevant stakeholders in the healthcare sector, re-search, and industry.
Your Background & Expertise
- Medical doctor (MD), laboratory medicine specialist (FAMH), or academic background in nat-ural sciences (minimum Master's degree); additional training in marketing, product manage-ment, or as a product specialist is an advantage.
- Well-founded knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and the Swiss eHealth ecosystem.
- Proficient in either German or French (at least C1) and fluent in English (at least B2); Italian is an asset.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland (approx. 40 %) as part of the role
- Strong social skills combined with a structured, well-organized working style and clear com-munication abilities.
- Ability to align medical, technical and business-related requirements.
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration - particularly in exchange with colleagues and cli-ents.
A Place to Grow and Make an Impact
- You take on a key role in a forward-looking field with a high degree of creative freedom - actively contributing to the development and expansion of the connectivity services.
