Join our Product Marketing Team in Neuchâtel as a Watch Marketing Manager and take ownership of our iconic Serpenti collection. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a legendary line, driving the 360° product strategy, managing its evolution, and inspiring its global execution.
- Strategic Vision: Define Serpenti portfolio strategy, aligning with business opportunities and overarching brand objectives.
- Product Management: Oversee all aspects of product management, from concept to launch, ensuring worldwide excellence in the 360 execution.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate a seamless, collaborative effort across internal teams – including studio design, development, operations, local markets, communication, and sales – to champion Serpenti's priorities.
- Market Expertise: Analyze portfolio performance, costs, and margins, and monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and develop impactful action plans. Diligently track launch performance across diverse markets.
- Commercialization: Collaborate closely with Rome HQ to ensure effective commercialization of product line evolutions.
- Budget Management: Take ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring its effective allocation and management.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and inspire a team of two, fostering their professional development and ensuring alignment with company expectations.
Your Background :
You possess at least 7 years of marketing experience within a High-End Maison, with at least 3 years in a Product Management role with managerial responsibilities. You have a genuine passion for high jewelry and/or watches.
You are a natural leader with the ability to inspire and build consensus. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial; you have a talent for fostering collaboration and driving teams toward a common objective. You possess strong analytical capabilities, allowing you to dissect complex data and derive actionable insights. You have the capacity to maintain a helicopter view, enabling you to see the broader picture and anticipate market trends, complemented by a strategic mindset that allows you to translate insights into winning strategies.
Your strong business acumen allows you to drive profitable growth. Finally, you demonstrate strong project management skills, with a proactive approach to anticipating and resolving potential challenges.
