Position
A fantastic opportunity for a poised, well-presented and service-oriented individual to be the "face" of a respected financial institution. Ideal for someone with banking, asset management or family office experience looking for variety and responsibility in a boutique environment. Working from reception, you'll support the Geneva office team in a hybrid EA/office coordination role. The pace can fluctuate, so you'll need to stay calm and composed under pressure, happy to handle everything from high-level diary management to welcoming guests with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and guest coordination with top-tier service
- Executive PA support (diary, meetings, expenses)
- Office management: supplies, post, deliveries, facilities
- Liaison with external IT support & onboarding coordination
- Travel bookings & internal event logistics
- General admin and occasional AML/facilities support
- Ad hoc projects and being the go-to person in the office
Profile
- Min. 5 years' experience in similar roles within banking, asset management, family office or equivalent
- Fluent English & French - both written and spoken
- Excellent presentation, discretion & etiquette
- Strong MS Office & tech-savvy; quick to learn systems
- Calm, reliable, resilient and proactive team player
- Comfortable with full-time, in-office hours: 09:00-18:00
- Able to manage peaks and troughs of activity independently
- Ideally based within easy reach of Rive Gauche, Geneva
- Swiss/EU/EFTA national or holder of valid Swiss permit (frontalier OK)
