The Account Manager is the essential link between brands and clients: cultivating lasting relationships, identifying and developing opportunities, and passionately representing the aesthetic of beauty to deliver a smooth and unforgettable customer experience.

Key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in the development and loyalty of our professional customer base. Your main duties will include:
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth information flow and efficient organization.
• Being flexible and available to respond to unforeseen needs and specific client expectations.
• Monitoring project budgets and coordinating communication with external partners.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with potential clients.
• Working closely with the team to help define and implement growth strategies.
• Organizing and leading regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored, proactive solutions.

• Fluent in German and English; French is a strong asset.
• Valid driver’s license (professional travel required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
