About Our Client

For our client, a globally active life sciences company with a pioneering role in pharmaceutical research and development including cutting-edge therapeutic areas such as Radio Ligand Therapy and Cell & Gene Therapy we are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Supply Manager (m/w/d). The organisation is renowned for its innovative approach to clinical supply chain management and its patient-centric mindset.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Clinical Trial Team at study level, leading all supply-related topics with ownership and accountability
• Develop and oversee end-to-end clinical supply strategies for complex, multi-phase studies across a highly diverse and innovative portfolio
• Drive proactive, risk-based planning for packaging design, distribution, and supply continuity to ensure uninterrupted patient access to investigational products
• Design and implement patient-centric packaging and distribution solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each trial phase
• Independently manage IRT, packaging, and distribution vendors throughout the full study lifecycle, including study closure
• Leverage GMP-compliant planning systems (SAP, Rapid Response) to enable cross-functional resource and supply planning
• Contribute clinical supply expertise to protocol development and study design discussions

Your Profile

• Master's or Doctorate in Life Sciences (or MBA with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent industry experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in clinical supply management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Minimum 3 years of expertise with SAP and other supply chain systems used for forecasting and demand planning
• Strong command of GMP processes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent project management, organisational, and planning capabilities with a keen eye for detail
• Data-savvy and digitally fluent, with a high capacity for learning and adapting to new tools and technologies
• Proven ability to manage complex, global studies with a structured and solution-oriented working style
