This HR Business Partner is responsible for providing hands-on HR counsel and support to leaders and teams, translating company?wide HR strategies into practical, operational actions. The role is 100% and is a 12-month temporary contract, starting immediately.

Description
- Partner closely with the company's (corporate) departments to deliver practical HR support and counselling that enable smooth operations and strong business performance.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for leaders, offering concrete solutions to address complex operational needs.
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring all activities comply with local regulations while staying aligned with global frameworks.
- Coordinate retention initiatives, succession planning and some talent acquisition activities to ensure teams have the right capabilities at the right time.
- Administer and reflect on compensation, benefits, and performance management programs, ensuring they are implemented consistently and effectively across the organization.
- Drive employee engagement efforts and oversee professional development programs that support continuous learning and career progression.
- Lead the operational roll-out of change management initiatives, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and minimal disruption to daily activities.
- Support leaders with actionable HR guidance on workforce issues, organizational challenges, and people?related decisions.
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through concrete actions that strengthen an inclusive and innovative workplace culture.
- Apply HR analytics to monitor workforce trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Execute HR strategies, translating broader business goals into practical, on?the?ground HR actions.
Profile
- A degree in Human Resources and another related diploma.
- A first proven experience as HR Business Partner in Switzerland with previous HR experience in Switzerland, in international companies.
- Proficiency in English and in French.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively communicate with high key stakeholders and to adapt to each recipient.
- Hands-on and reactive character and field?savvy; able and willing to act operationally close to the teams.
- Strong understanding of Swiss HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Able and willing to work in a fast-paced work environment.
