The Alumni Department of the EHL Group embodies the exciting mission of uniting a nearly century-old, true global community of alumni, bringing together over 30,000 graduates from 120 countries. Our main goal is A transversal support service for Recruitment – Marketing- Growth - Staff and Faculty – Philanthropy -Research- Innovation – Sustainability, all the while recognizing and supporting the EHL Alumni. The objective is to deliver an auto financing Alumni model that drives engagement using a data approach, adding value to the international alumni community and recognizing alumni as key EHL group stakeholders. The Alumni Department is the heart of the alumni community driving the personal and professional growth of our alumni, while contributing to the excellence of our institution worldwide. We believe in the power of connection, mutual inspiration, and sharing successes.

Alumni Events and Operations Coordinator
The mission of the Alumni Events and Operations Coordinator is to ensure the seamless coordination of administrative activities, event management, budget oversight, and team logistics, in order to support and enhance international alumni engagement. The role also requires a strong understanding of EHL procedures and processes, as well as a deep respect for and recognition of Alumni as key stakeholders of the EHL brand.
What will you do?
- Organize and execute alumni events, handling logistics, planning, and cross-border participation.
- Maintain office functionality by managing supplies, systems, and equipment to support team productivity, alumni goodies ordering, POs and SOPs.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the department lead and student advisors, including travel planning and document preparation.
- Manage calendars and coordinates scheduling for the department lead, student advisors, and team-wide initiatives.
- Review and refines administrative processes to improve efficiency and team effectiveness.
- Support Student Assistant manager.
Who you are?
- You have a relevant higher educational background.
- You have a minimum of 6 years of overall professional experience with 4 years in a similar position.
- You have prior experience with EHL administrative processes.
- You have experience working with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- You have strong technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- You have experience using EHL Connect and internal EHL platforms.
- You are a collaborative, proactive team player that is solution-oriented.
- You demonstrate a strong sense of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- You are fluent in French and English (C1), knowledge of German is a plus.
