Executive Assistant for the Head Securities Services (100%)

As the Executive Assistant to our member of the Executive Board, Head of Securities Services, you will act as a competent hub, working closely with internal and external interface partners and supporting him with administrative and managerial responsibilities.
What You Will Do
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Securities Services in daily business activities, including inbox and calendar management, travel and expenses
- Organizing offsite meetings, events, and workshops
- Organizing business trips and conferences (including flights, hotels, transfers etc.) in line with company guidelines
- Completing reports and creating presentation materials
- Collecting supporting documents for scheduled meetings, ensuring they are received in a timely manner
- Acting as a liaison between the Head of Securities Services and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating discretion, professionalism and a deep understanding of business priorities and sensitivities
What You Bring
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with at least 10 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Experience in setting-up processes
- Excellent communication skills and manners, natural authority, high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Independent working style, high reliability and excellent organizational skills with a strong service orientation
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages, particularly Spanish, are an advantage)
