The Position
As “Customer Service Specialist“, you will manage a variety of Parker Meggitt premier customer accounts to deliver a world class service and support. The main responsibilities for this role are as follows:
- Management of Aerospace and Energy customer accounts
- Order & delivery processing and management (OTP / OTR / OTD) .
- Pricing calculations (RFQ & Contracts)
- Customer forecast and demand management
- Customer dispute and overdue’s management
- Management of inventory, revenue and arrears targets.
- Customer master data management (MDG)
Your Profile
- Commercial education orBachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent.
- 3 years experience in customer account management preferably in an industrial international environment
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Customer service orientated with outstanding communication and listening skills
- Sense of priorities, multi-tasking and ability to manage time and deadlines
- Detail-orientated, reliable and flexible with a good team spirit
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft tools
- Fluent in both French and English
