For our client, a dynamic, rapidly growing medical technology company in Baar, we are looking for a reliable individual to fill the position of:
Team-Assistant (40-50%, m/f/d)
In this dynamic and highly regulated corporate environment, you will provide essential administrative support to the Clinical & Medical Organization immediately for a period of 4 to 6 months. You will be the central point of contact for travel arrangements, expense management, and meeting coordination, including across global time zones.
Your exciting responsibilities include:
- Proactively managing comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.
- Diligently processing and monitoring all expense reports, providing clear assistance for any related inquiries.
- Strategically organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics for venue, catering, and technology.
- Seamlessly handling professional correspondence, facilitating new employee onboarding, and serving as a key liaison for various stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- You have completed a commercial education or are studying at the moment.
- You have advantageous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- You demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- You are proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally have experience with travel/expense management tools (e.g., Concur, SAP).
- You possess fluent English and German skills, both written and verbal.
- You are discreet, proactive, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
