Our Opportunity :
Within the Communication team, based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:
Reporting to the Watch Communication Director, you develop immersive Manufacture visits and create exclusive brand experiences for diverse audiences, including media and KOLs, brand ambassadors, watch collectors, brand enthusiasts, retailers and their VICs, Haute Horlogerie clients, internal teams, and school partnerships.
You are responsible for planning and executing exceptional experiences with a single goal: to craft an unforgettable journey that resonates with the essence of Bulgari and our watch savoir-faire. You will be responsible for :
Development of Manufacture visits :
- Create unforgettable journeys to our manufactures, tailored to all types of guest profiles. This includes imagining the future of hospitality experiences through innovative tools and virtual tours of the Manufacture.
- In close collaboration with in-house teams : prepare standard offers to guarantee excellence throughout the customer journey. These packages and expectations are shared with internal stakeholders (Manufacture sites, training, digital, press, markets) and external service providers (transfers, hotels, activities, photographers, etc.). You develop a Pole of Excellence bringing together the other Buses (Jewelry and Accessories) to invent the Bvlgari journey, between Italy and Switzerland, based on the best practices of watchmaking hospitality.
- Manage and coordinate all tour requests, organizing and hosting exclusive experiences from guests' arrival in Switzerland to their departure. This includes hotel reservations, lunches and various activities showcasing Switzerland and watchmaking craftsmanship.
- Support the PR team by collating photo and video requests from various departments, prioritizing and ensuring deadlines are met.
Events coordination :
- As Project Coordinator: lead the operational execution of Bulgari Watches' major watch events, including Geneva Watch Days (GWD), Watches & Wonders (W&W) and LVMH Watch Week 2026.
- Working closely with the Events team in Rome: ensure seamless coordination and execution of all event-related activities.
- To support our Director of Watch Communications, you will be responsible for the engagement and alignment of key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all parties are well informed and contribute effectively to the achievement of common goals.
- Working closely with internal and external partners : manage project schedules and deliverables to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Develop compelling event content, encompassing booth design and visuals, that effectively conveys the Bvlgari brand message to target audiences.
- Organize events for watch collectors and enthusiasts, ensuring excellence and full alignment with brand guidelines.
Budget management :
- Manage the Communication department budget, ensuring accurate tracking of invoices and efficient allocation of resources, in liaison with the Swiss finance and accounting teams, as well as with financial services in Rome.
Your Background :
Holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality management (e.g., EHL or Glion), you bring at least 5 years of proven experience in a high-end, customer-centric Hospitality or Event Management role, ideally within the luxury sector. You possess advanced MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
Exceptional hospitality expertise and a dedication to outstanding guest experiences are paramount qualities. You are a charismatic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for high-end products and savoir-faire. Your natural ability for public speaking allows you to captivate audiences through effective storytelling. You possess exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling you to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Self-assured and solutions-focused, you approach challenges with a can-do attitude and dedication to teamwork within a dynamic environment. Your strong organizational skills and flexibility enable you to anticipate and meet customer needs with dedication.
Assertive and clear-headed, you confidently manage challenging situations, providing constructive feedback and guidance. A proactive and creative mindset is essential, driving you to seek networking opportunities and innovative ideas to elevate guest experiences.

Finally, you are fluent in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
