Our client, a leading global Agri-tech organization operating in over 130 countries, is looking for a Senior GDPR Consultant to join their team in Basel, Switzerland, on a 6 months te mporary contract.
This is a senior management position responsible for driving enterprise-wide data protection compliance. You will establish, implement, and maintain comprehensive privacy governance frameworks, with a focus on GDPR compliance and emerging global privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of global data protection strategy.

Oversee privacy program management and optimize privacy technology platforms (OneTrust).

Develop and mentor the central privacy team, building organizational privacy capability.

Provide expert guidance on complex data protection issues and lead incident response actions.
Skills & Experience:

Educational background in Law, Information Security, Data Governance, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role (privacy program management, regulatory compliance, or data governance).

In-depth knowledge of GDPR and global privacy regulations (CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA, etc.).

Experience with privacy technology platforms (e.g., OneTrust) and risk management frameworks.

Strong leadership, program management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Fluent in English is required ; other langage is a plus
