For one of our industrial clients in the sustainable nutrition and health sector, we are looking for a motivated and well-organised Back Office Specialist to strengthen the commercial department.
Your main responsibilities
- Prepare and manage offers, contracts and commercial agreements
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and export documentation
- Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems, including master data management
- Communicate with customers and distributors to support the sales team (written and verbal)
- Monitor pricing, quantities, and planning
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Finance and Quality Management
Your profile
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a sales support / back office / purchasing function
- Knowledge of export processes is an advantage
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken); French is a plus
- Proactive mindset, team player, and independent working style
