As the manager of a growing point of sale, you will:
Coordinate and manage all the activities of the Delivery Service, according to the standards of the company.
Coordinate the recruitment, training, planning and supervision of delivery drivers.
Be responsible for live delivery dispatching and customer service.
Guarantee product quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Sharp & dynamic.
Team management experience (min. 2 years, hospitality industry an advantage).
Hospitality/business management training (ideal).
Great communication skills in French and English (oral & written).
Job Position Specifics:
Currently, the position covers week-days lunch shifts. With the growth of the service, it will also require evening/weekend duties, on a team rotation basis. This could also lead to the development of the position.
You will be reporting to John, our Head of Finance & Business Development.
Your work will be located at Elsalad HQ, near Plainpalais in Geneva.
