Your mission

Your mission will be to offer professional and personalised advice to our customers regarding the entire range of Salt products and services.

Your responsibilities

• Inform and advise customers on all Salt products and services with the aim of acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
• Conclude sales with enthusiasm and conviction
• Handle and resolve customers’ technical questions
• Promote Salt’s values through sales and customer contacts
• Check merchandise and systems and perform various administrative tasks

Your contributions

• A commercial apprenticeship qualification (CFC)
• 2 years of sales experience in the telecommunications sector
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Native French speaker with good command of English; any other language is an asset
• High flexibility regarding working hours
