About Path2Work
Path2Work is a digital platform that connects refugees with suitable job offers and helps companies identify and recruit motivated talent. Through innovative technologies such as an AI matching algorithm, data-informed career counselling, multilingual search functions, and a proactive approach to employers, we promote the integration of refugees into the Swiss labour market.
Path2Work is a joint initiative of ETH Zurich and the University of Lausanne, in cooperation with the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). This non-profit association is supported by foundations, among others, to build a sustainable organisation capable of long-term self-financing through its own services.
To continue our expansion, we are looking for a person responsible for creating and developing our relationships with companies nationwide.
Your role
As the Contact Centre Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for companies in Switzerland. You will recruit employers for Path2Work, advise them on issues related to hiring refugees, and develop sustainable partnerships with companies, administrations, and employment integration organisations.
Together with our team, you will help make Path2Work a reference organisation for employers in French-speaking Switzerland. A particular focus is placed on developing our activities in French-speaking Switzerland.
Your responsibilities
- Establishing the contact centre: You will develop our national contact centre for companies and other employment integration actors and, in collaboration with the centre team, ensure prompt and professional support.
- Partnerships: You will engage employers, recruitment agencies, professional associations, employment advisers, integration services, cantonal authorities, and other partners; you will handle their requests and connect them with the appropriate contacts. You will maintain existing relationships, represent Path2Work at events and professional meetings, thereby helping to develop a strong network.
- Advisory: You will support companies on legal and administrative matters related to employing refugees (persons holding an F or B permit or S status).
- Development: You will incorporate the needs of companies and refugees into the development of our platform.
Your skills
- Commercial and interpersonal skills: Experience and network of contacts in government agencies, specialised organisations, and companies. Strong motivation to create sustainable partnerships.
- Professional integration and recruitment: Experience in professional integration, recruitment, or personnel placement – ideally with people facing barriers to entering the labour market – and/or experience with the Swiss asylum system, integration support, vocational training, and placement.
- Autonomy and responsiveness: You enjoy teamwork, are proactive, and impress with your expertise, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
- Languages: Mastery of French (native or professional level) and very good command of German. English is an asset.
What we offer
- Creative freedom: By joining us, you will contribute to building a social enterprise. You will benefit from great freedom, increased responsibilities, and a privileged space to develop your ideas.
- Direct impact: Your work helps companies fill their vacancies and supports refugees in their professional integration in Switzerland.
- Team and network: A committed team and collaboration with strong partners from academia, business, and government.
- Flexibility: Position based in Zurich or Lausanne, with the possibility of remote work.
- Attractive conditions: Fair remuneration within a non-profit start-up framework (up to CHF 120,000 at 100%, depending on experience). This ceiling is currently set by funding guidelines; adjustments are possible after the initial three-year funding period.

Your complete application must include a cover letter, a CV, and relevant professional references.
