French-speaking Switzerland

Your responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for operational management and oversight of several sites in Switzerland
• Ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality processes across all services and the patient journey
• Optimise, structure, and harmonise operational processes with a focus on quality, performance, and customer experience
• Supervise, coach, and develop employees
• Monitor KPIs and achieve operational objectives
• Lead cross-functional projects for continuous improvement and operational transformation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the healthcare sector in Switzerland
• Work closely with senior management and various departments on strategic, organisational, and operational issues
• Actively contribute to the future development of the company as a key management partner

Your profile:

• Proven experience in a comparable operational management role
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site organisations as well as optimising structures and processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong execution skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
• Experience in the healthcare sector, medical devices, or a highly regulated environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills
• Very good knowledge of French and German; any other language is an advantage
