Property & Art Collections Coordinator (M/F)

On behalf of a leading private organisation based in Geneva, we are looking for a versatile Property & Art Collections Coordinator to support operational activities related to the management of private residences, art collections and services dedicated to a Swiss family active internationally.

Based in Geneva, you will work in a demanding environment where discretion, a sense of service and adaptability are essential.

Tasks

Your responsibilities

? Participate in the logistical management of art collections and valuable objects: handling, packaging, specialised transport, inventories, movement of works and organisation of storage spaces.

? Ensure the operational follow-up of several private residences, oversee their daily proper functioning and coordinate the interventions of technical service providers.

? Take charge of various coordination and logistical support tasks, including shipment tracking and management of documents and equipment.

? Occasionally coordinate the secure transport of works, equipment or sensitive material, as well as certain representation tasks requiring reliability, discretion and a sense of service.

? When necessary, manage certain family trips, ensuring impeccable service and complete confidentiality.

? Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external contacts to guarantee the proper execution of operations and projects.

Candidate profile

Your profile

? Proven experience in an environment related to the transport, handling or logistics of artworks, collectibles, high-end furniture or assets requiring special precautions.

? Very good knowledge of the economic, cultural and artistic fabric of the Lake Geneva region.

? Excellent mastery of the handling and transport of artworks or sensitive objects.

? Excellent level of French and good basic English required.

? Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality and service.

? Very good presentation and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously and react effectively to unforeseen events.

? Team spirit while being autonomous in organising your activity.

? Flexibility in working hours according to operational needs.

? Driving licence essential; trailer licence highly appreciated, coastal licence an asset.
