Automotive Sales Advisor 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise and support customers throughout the purchasing process
- Identify customer needs and propose the most suitable solutions
- Develop and retain a portfolio of private and professional clients
- Actively prospect new clients and generate business opportunities through your network
- Promote vehicles as well as financing, leasing solutions and associated services
- Achieve defined commercial objectives while ensuring a quality customer experience
- Manage the administrative follow-up of sales, from orders to vehicle delivery
Profile
- Proven experience in an automotive sales role
- Excellent commercial track record with demonstrated results in vehicle sales
- Active professional network in Valais and good knowledge of the regional economic fabric
- Ability to quickly develop business opportunities through your field presence and contact book
- Excellent mastery of sales, negotiation and customer loyalty techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation and ability to build lasting trust-based relationships
- Dynamic, autonomous, proactive and results-oriented personality
- Very good presentation and professional communication
- Fluency in French; any other language is an asset
