Certified Public Accountant / Audit & Review Manager – Geneva

As part of a recruitment mandate entrusted to RH-Pro SA, a placement agency in Geneva, we are looking for one of our clients, a company active in fiduciary and audit services, a Certified Public Accountant / Audit & Review Manager with solid experience in the field.

You will join a human-sized structure and work independently with a diverse clientele, while contributing to the development and quality of assignments.

Your main responsibilities

Management and execution of audit and review assignments, from planning to completion; Conducting ordinary and limited reviews; Analysis of financial statements and identification of key risks; Evaluation of processes and internal control systems; Application of Swiss and international accounting standards, notably IFRS; Preparation and review of audit files; Presentation and discussion of results with clients; Supervision and support of junior staff; Participation in the improvement of internal processes and development of assignments.

Your profile

Swiss certified public accountant or equivalent recognised qualification; Higher education in finance, accounting, audit or management; Several years of proven experience in external audit, ideally gained within a fiduciary, audit firm or a Big Four; Excellent knowledge of accounting, audit, internal control and financial analysis; Good knowledge of IFRS standards; Very good command of French and good level of English; Autonomy, rigour and sense of responsibility; Good interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients; Analytical mind, organisational skills and ability to manage several assignments simultaneously.
