Purchasing & Supplier Follow-up Manager (M/F)

Our client, a growing industrial SME, is looking for a:

Main Responsibilities

• Rigorous monitoring of purchase orders and active management of the supplier portfolio.
• Daily follow-ups (written and by phone) to ensure strict compliance with delivery deadlines.
• Prompt handling and resolution of first-level commercial disputes.
• Regular updating of purchasing databases and coordination with local logistics teams.

Desired Profile

• Availability: Immediate or very short term (urgent start).
• Academic background: Holder of an administrative academic degree, ideally obtained in Portugal.
• Languages: Fluent English (C1/B2) essential for daily professional exchanges. Good operational level of French.
• Interpersonal skills: Comfortable on the phone, responsive, rigorous, tenacious and with a strong sense of follow-up.

Important note:
No prior experience in the Swiss labour market is required. Professional experience gained abroad in purchasing, supply chain or commercial management is fully valued.
