About the job
SBAT154
Building Service (SBAT)
The SBAT is responsible for managing the State's real estate assets. It ensures their maintenance, upkeep, and renovation or redevelopment works. As the representative of the Project Owner (MO), it actively participates in the planning and execution of new constructions or major transformations.
Your missions
Within the scope of your role, you are responsible for the development, governance, sustainability, and enhancement of the service's digital data, particularly those related to the cantonal built heritage. The quality, consistency, and utilisation of data from business systems, BIM, and technical reference frameworks are central to your responsibilities. The analyses, indicators, and dashboards you produce inform the authorities, management, service staff, and administrative partners. The design, development, and monitoring of dashboards and analytical tools for the built heritage are also part of your activities. Your cross-functional analyses support decision-making, and you participate in the development and use of digital data as well as the digitalisation of the built heritage. You lead or participate in the service's digital tool projects. Finally, you advise and support colleagues in the use and understanding of data, and ensure technological and methodological watch.
Your profile
You hold a university degree or an equivalent diploma (data science, business intelligence, information systems, computer science, geomatics, BIM, statistics, or a related field). Your background includes 3 to 5 years of experience in data management and governance, business intelligence, digital project management, or information systems related to real estate assets. You have already designed and developed decision-making dashboards and management indicators, and led cross-functional projects involving several business areas. You have strong skills in data processing, analysis, and visualisation tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, advanced Excel/Power Query) as well as relational databases and data integration processes. Knowledge of BIM environments, geospatial data (QGIS/SITN), or heritage information systems is an asset. Comfortable coordinating cross-functional projects, you collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. A good understanding of the functioning of cantonal political and administrative institutions, strong analytical skills, methodological rigour, a pronounced sense of organisation, and autonomy complete your competencies.
