Corporate Lawyer (60-80%)

Thanks to your in-depth legal knowledge, you will hold a key position within our General Secretariat with the unique opportunity to participate in Viteos's energy transition.

Your area of activity

• Independently handle a variety of legal cases, mainly concerning energy law, real rights, contract law, civil liability, public procurement and data protection
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and general terms and conditions
• Prepare legal opinions, positions on legislative consultations and document templates
• Manage claims and debt collection procedures
• Maintain relations with authorities (land registry, courts, state services)
• Conduct legislative and case law monitoring in the energy sector
• Participate in internal meetings and advise various company departments

Requirements

• Holder of a Swiss law master’s degree
• Bar admission or specialisation in contract law is an asset
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Excellent writing and synthesis skills
• Proficient with common IT tools (MS Office, Outlook)
• Good knowledge of German and English (B2)
• Autonomous, rigorous, with a strong analytical mind and good priority management
• Curious, with a keen interest in technical fields and renewable energies
• Communication skills, ability to simplify legal matters and client-oriented
• Sense of collaboration and confidentiality, strong preference for working in a multidisciplinary team
