The mission of this position is to support the administrative coordinator in monitoring and developing financial, quality and infrastructure processes. You will play a key role in the smooth running of internal activities, while ensuring liaison with our various partners.
- Ensure the preparation, control and monitoring of accounting documents and billing orders according to current procedures
- Monitor the billing plan
- Update monthly budget tracking tools and report discrepancies or items requiring verification
- Keep track of recommendations from external financial audits, according to the coordinator’s instructions
- Support the implementation of quality processes and update documentation according to ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure process fluidity
- Provide administrative support for infrastructure management and collaborate with the various HEG-FR departments
Additional information
- Work rate: 30 - 40%, with a preferred distribution of working time over half-days
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training
- Practical experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in financial and quality fields (an asset)
- Structured, precise and reliable working method, with a strong sense of collaboration
- Initiative, autonomy and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and common IT tools
- Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
