Intellectual Property Manager (M/F)

Temporary assignment until the end of 2026

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Intellectual Property Manager to strengthen a team specialised in the management and protection of intellectual property assets.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the administrative and operational management of trademark and design portfolios.
• Conduct prior art searches and preliminary analyses.
• Monitor trademark filing, renewal and opposition procedures.
• Coordinate exchanges with intellectual property advisers, industrial property offices and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and update dedicated databases.
• Participate in the monitoring of design and model protection files.

Your profile

• Desired experience in the field of intellectual property, notably in:
  • Trademarks (searches, filings, renewals, oppositions);
  • Designs / drawings and models.
• Excellent organisational skills, rigour and priority management.
• Ease in managing complex administrative files.
• Professional command of English is essential, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of another language is an asset.
