A 100% Socioprofessional Supervisor in the Field of Concierge Services

Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training centres and more than 560 employees. For our La Chaux-de-Fonds site, we are looking for:

Mission:

• Supervise beneficiaries in a training section
• Support beneficiaries in rehabilitation measures
• Find internship placements or apprenticeship contract takeovers
• Develop and implement individualised socioprofessional projects
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Profile and skills:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an operations agent
• MSP training would be an asset or willingness to undertake the training (Federal Diploma ASP or ES MSP)
• Strong interest in supervising people in professional rehabilitation
• Dynamic personality, creative mindset
• Autonomy, stress resistance and flexibility
• Adaptability and genuine ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
