Sales Administrative Assistant M/F

As an Administrative Assistant, you ensure the administrative processing of files related to the activity of heating, cooling and laundry appliances for the whole of French-speaking Switzerland.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Reception and processing of fault reports in German and French.
• Entry of orders, monitoring and closing of work orders.
• Management of spare parts requests.
• Administrative processing of Heating & Ticino maintenance contracts.
• Calculation and entry of prices.
• Purchase of spare parts from external suppliers.
• Creation of customer records and definition of commercial conditions.
• Preparation and processing of repair quotes.
• Closing and invoicing of quotes.
• Scheduling appointments for installation interventions.
• Management of orders and deliveries of laundry products.
• Filing and general administrative tasks.
• Other tasks as needed and agreed with the supervisor.

WHAT YOU NEED TO THRIVE

• Basic training or completed apprenticeship as a commercial employee.
• Additional training appreciated.
• Experience in a call centre is an asset.
• Good command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent skills in French, German and English.
• Ability to work calmly in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Understanding of customer needs.
• Ease in relationships and a taste for contact.
