Digital Commerce Trainer at 80%

You support young people in building their professional future in the
commercial field. You develop new projects.

You have solid commercial experience and are looking to give meaning to your activity.
This position offers you the opportunity to combine an interest in commercial / digital activity with
human, societal, environmental and entrepreneurial challenges.

Your role is to support young people in the "digital commerce" sector, whose
main project is currently "Plusvalue": a socially-oriented franchise for selling second-hand items online ensuring speed, service and quality. You have an interest in
projects related to digital commerce and an entrepreneurial spirit to carry them forward.
The activity rate can be discussed.

Desired profile

• Commercial employee CFC or similar, possibly with higher commercial training
• Experience in supporting young people with neurodivergent functioning, psychological vulnerabilities, repeated failures and loss of confidence
• Solid commercial and digital experience
• Ability to implement and lead new projects
• Comfortable using office and digital tools (Bexio, MS Office, OneNote, cloud applications, social networks, online sales platforms)
• Flexible, open and team spirit
• Identification with our values
