Catering Assistant (m/f/d) - Permanent Contract - 70% Martigny Place Centrale
Your tasks:
- You prepare ice creams, crepes, and speciality drinks.
- You ensure optimal presentation of goods, including the salad buffet, drinks, and ice creams.
- You efficiently manage stocks, the cellar, dish service, and machine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
- You participate in the opening and closing of the restaurant.
- You maintain a clean and organised environment while respecting hygiene standards.
What you bring:
- You have some initial experience in a similar position.
- Thanks to your interpersonal skills and smile, you help create a welcoming and warm atmosphere.
- Flexibility and stress resistance are among your strengths, allowing you to work independently, including weekends and public holidays. (site hours: Mon-Sun 6:00-18:30)
- You stand out through your organisational skills, dynamism, and team spirit.
