Your mission:

• Provide patients and their relatives with a space for listening, information and support throughout their care pathway;
• promote dialogue and the search for solutions in collaboration with medical and nursing teams and relevant services;
• ensure follow-up of assigned situations, from their handling to their closure, respecting confidentiality;
• develop and maintain constructive collaborations with various internal and external partners;
• analyse feedback from patients and their relatives to identify areas for improvement in care;
• contribute to the continuous improvement of the patient experience through recommendations, indicators and regular reporting.

Your profile:

• Tertiary level education (university or university of applied sciences) in health, human sciences or equivalent qualification;
• additional training in mediation, conflict management or support for individuals;
• proven experience in the hospital sector or a complex environment;
• excellent interpersonal, listening and reception skills, combined with strong empathy;
• ease in managing sensitive situations with diplomacy, discernment and the ability to create constructive dialogue;
• ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
• analytical and synthesis skills with good writing abilities;
• very good knowledge of French and German languages.
