The School and Extracurricular Service (SEP) brings together extracurricular care services for pupils, supervised homework, and facilities related to compulsory schooling. Comprising three main service areas: facilities, extracurricular and out-of-school care, as well as cross-cutting domains, the SEP is the largest Service of the City of Lausanne with nearly 1300 collaborators (permanent staff and assistants).
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an HR advisor assistant with a workload between 80% and 100% until 30 June 2027.

Main Mission(s)
Manage the entire recruitment process
Support the HR domain manager in managing and implementing HR processes: recruitment, integration, evaluation, absence management, termination of employment relationships
Advise and support managers in analysing HR situations
Analyse the operational and organisational HR needs of the domain and propose appropriate actions
Advise staff on human resources matters
Develop, manage and update HR indicators, statistics and dashboards
Manage and participate in the development of HR projects and process optimisation
Develop and monitor skills management
Profile
Federal diploma as Human Resources Specialist or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
Professional experience in HR project management is an asset
Analytical and synthesis skills
Excellent sense of collaboration and good writing skills
Knowledge of public administration is an asset
Autonomous and organised person
Proficiency in MS Office tools and an ERP system (such as PeopleSoft)
