Head of Gastronomy (M/F)
Job Description
- Manage all F&B operations across multiple sites and ensure quality of service
- Supervise, structure and develop a team of managers
- Optimise staffing and financial performance (turnover, costs, productivity)
- Make quick decisions and ensure operational stability in a seasonal environment
- Enhance the attractiveness of offers and contribute to the F&B strategy
Profile Sought
- Minimum 10 years of experience in catering, including significant multi-site management experience
- Proven experience managing large teams (100+ employees)
- Strong command of financial issues (P&L, personnel ratios, productivity)
- Assertive leadership and ability to impose a demanding framework on restaurant managers
- Highly operational profile: able to move from strategic management to hands-on action
- Resistance to pressure and strong decision-making ability
- Fluency in French and English (German an asset, Italian a plus)
- Experience in a mountain environment appreciated
