The Tech Solutions department at EHL is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital tools and technological platforms. It ensures system performance, data security, and the integration of new technologies to support both academic and administrative activities. The team collaborates with various departments to design tailored solutions that meet user needs. Within Tech Solutions, the EdTech sub-section focuses specifically on educational technologies and digital solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and the overall academic experience. Through its work, Tech Solutions fosters innovation, operational efficiency, and a seamless digital experience across the institution.

EdTech Project Manager
The mission of the EdTech Project Manager is to lead the analysis, implementation, and continuous improvement of educational technology solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and academic operations. Acts as a key interface between academic, business, and technology stakeholders, ensuring that EdTech solutions are effectively delivered, adopted, and aligned with EHL’s educational strategy and digital ambitions. The role focuses on managing core educational platforms, including LMS, content management and learning experience technologies, while driving innovation through the adoption of AI and emerging technologies. Operating as a hybrid project manager–solution enabler, the EdTech Project Manager combines strong project management with a hands-on understanding of educational technologies, user needs, digital learning content, and change management.
What will you do?
- Analyze educational technology and AI-related needs and identify solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and academic operations.
- Lead the implementation and management of key educational technology platforms, including LMS, content management, and learning experience solutions.
- Manage projects end-to-end, including timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and vendor relationships, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope.
- Collaborate with academic, business, and technology stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of EdTech solutions.
- Drive the adoption of AI and emerging educational technologies while ensuring alignment with institutional policies, standards, and requirements.
- Provide training, guidance, and change management support to maximize user adoption and ensure value realization.
- Monitor solution performance, user adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up to date with developments in educational technology, AI, multimedia, and digital learning content, and assess their potential value for EHL.
Who you are?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within educational technology, higher education, or a similar environment.
- You have proven experience implementing and managing LMS and other educational technology platforms.
- You have a strong understanding of digital learning technologies, content management, and learning experience platforms.
- You have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- You have hands-on experience with system integration, data migration, software implementation, and project management methodologies.
- You have a strong understanding of digital learning interoperability and content standards, including SCORM, xAPI, cmi5, LTI, and QTI.
- You have knowledge of multimedia production tools and digital educational content creation, with an interest in emerging technologies and AI.
- You are analytical, organized, and solution-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to translate business and academic needs into practical technology solutions.
- You are an effective communicator and collaborative team player, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in an agile, cross-functional environment.
- You are fluent in English (C1); French (C1) and other languages are a plus.
