Tax Liability Manager (80%)

Attached to the Finance Department, the Municipal Tax Office safeguards the fiscal interests of the City of Lausanne, notably by ensuring the proper maintenance of taxpayer registers and by handling, in collaboration with the Cantonal Tax Administration, matters of exemption, apportionment, and tax remission. Following a retirement, we are seeking a Tax Liability Manager to join the team.

Main Mission(s)

Establish and verify tax registers (cross-border workers, secondary residences, businesses, self-employed activities, and dogs)

Provide information to individuals at the counter and by telephone

Support management in various tasks

Profile

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent training

Certificate in tax law or equivalent training

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the tax field

Proficiency in MS Office tools
