For our campus in Brig - César Ritz, we are looking for an :
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with a wide variety of backgrounds throughout all phases of the internship & career development process: you will meet students 1:1 to help them to reflect on their strengths, skills and experiences, discover and explore career options, create personalized action plans for their professional development, utilize successful job and internship search strategies and enhance their job search document.
- Arrange internships for students in Switzerland or abroad, aligned with their academic discipline and area of study
- Supervise and monitor students' ongoing internship activities through site visits, phone calls, emails, and meetings with the industry assigned supervisors
- Develop the hospitality industry network willing to recruit interns and graduating students
- Conduct ongoing research and collect data for students and campus partners to provide information and feedback about internship and direct entry job recruitment activities
Experiences and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent
- Three years minimum of work experience preferably in hospitality industry
- Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry network
- Proficient in English; additional languages (French, German, Italian) are a plus
- Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills
