The Human Resources department is responsible for fostering a culture that values collaboration, diversity, and personal growth. As an HR Business Partner, you contribute directly to shaping a high-performing and supportive workplace by advising managers and employees on strategic and operational HR matters. This role is essential in driving organizational effectiveness, supporting talent development, and ensuring compliance with Swiss labor regulations. Joining the HR department means becoming a key partner in aligning people strategies with business goals and enhancing the employee experience across the organization.

The mission of the HR Business Partner is to support managers and employees across all HR-related matters, from talent development to organizational change. They ensure HR strategies align with business goals while fostering a positive work environment. By advising on performance, engagement, and compliance, they help drive operational excellence. Their role is key in building a collaborative and people-centric culture.
What will you do?
- Provide support and guidance to managers on all aspects of HR management.
- Assist employees with all HR-related inquiries.
- Contribute to the implementation of innovative practices to attract talent, motivate staff, and support employee development.
- Support managers in their leadership responsibilities, including career development and performance evaluations.
- Actively contribute to various HR projects.
Who are you ?
- You have a Federal HR Specialist Certificate or an equivalent qualification, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are proactive and empathetic, with strong interpersonal skills and active listening that make you appreciated by all stakeholders.
- You have a strong desire to develop our company culture and create a unique working environment.
- You are flexible, with strong analytical and anticipation skills to support organizational growth.
- You are fluent in both French and English.
