The ITA is an international organisation constituted as an independent not-for-profit foundation based in Lausanne, Switzerland. It manages anti-doping programs for International sports Federations (IFs), Major Event Organisers (MEOs) and Anti-Doping Organisations (ADOs) that wish to delegate their programs to a body that implements high quality programs with increased transparency and independence. The ITA operates in full compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code.
The Education Intern will support the work of the delivery of anti-doping programs and activities on behalf of the organisation and its partners.
Key responsibilities :
- Arrange event-based education logistics such as travel, accommodation, shipments and briefing packs
- Draft communications for internal and external purposes
- Support in the organising of partner education contracts and activities
- Assist with specific projects for Major Event Organisers and International Sport Federations
- Assist with the delivery of virtual anti-doping Education
- Assist with the development of anti-doping Education activities
- Carry out administrative tasks as required
- Translate anti-doping education materials
Skills and experience required
- Post-secondary degree in management, administration or other related areas
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills, other languages are an asset
- IT literate (MS Office, data management, data analysis)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative spirit and positive attitude
- Ability to work in an international organisation environment

This internship offers a stipend of 400 - 600 CHF as well as a contribution toward lunch expenses.
