We are seeking an experienced Project Management & International Cooperation Assistant to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of strategic development projects across a diverse international portfolio. The successful candidate will contribute to project development, stakeholder engagement, preparation of high-level briefing materials, and the strengthening of project management and monitoring frameworks.
Project Management & Cooperation Assistant - 6 months

Missions
Project Development & Implementation
- Support the design and development of new projects, tools, templates, and working methodologies.
- Prepare and enhance project documentation, including concept notes, project proposals, logical frameworks, implementation plans, and monitoring tools.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project design and decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of reporting frameworks and project performance indicators.
Strategic Communications & Briefing Materials
- Prepare high-quality briefing notes, talking points, background papers, and stakeholder analyses for senior-level engagements.
- Draft communication materials supporting conferences, workshops, training programmes, and other strategic initiatives.
- Ensure consistency and quality across project and communication deliverables.
Stakeholder Coordination & Event Support
- Provide logistical and substantive support for international meetings, workshops, missions, and conferences.
- Assist with agenda preparation, background documentation, and meeting coordination.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support follow-up actions arising from meetings and events.
- Maintain effective communication with partners and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Support project monitoring activities and tracking of deliverables.
- Contribute to the preparation of progress reports and analytical summaries.
- Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and future project development.
Profil du candidat
Education
- Master's degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Law, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, international cooperation, development programmes, or related areas.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the design and implementation of complex projects.
- Experience working with international organizations, public institutions, NGOs, or multinational environments is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and research capabilities.
- Ability to prepare high-quality written materials for senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with results-based management and monitoring frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Languages
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Additional languages would be considered an asset.
Conditions et Avantages
