TSG Switzerland SA is a subsidiary of the TSG group, one of the largest European suppliers of equipment and services for multi-energy distribution (electricity, gas, hydrogen and fuel) for mobility. TSG provides turnkey solutions, notably to service station operators and transport companies of all sizes, including payment systems. The TSG company, active throughout Switzerland, employs more than 100 staff, the majority based in Givisiez (FR). Growth is sustained for the Group and also in Switzerland (TEPU, Solar Alliance).

Your role:

As Head of Projects & Service Department, you become the balancing point between our teams, our clients, our partners and our vision. Your mission is broad, demanding, exciting:

• You lead the Service-Admin / Helpdesk team with kindness and rigour
• You support our technicians in Switzerland, true craftsmen of the mobility of the future
• You develop maintenance activities, ensuring the reliability of our infrastructures for all our activities and entities
• You maintain and strengthen commercial relationships, because trust is at the heart of our values
• You grow service sales, by providing solutions that make sense
• You manage the Projects & Service department budget, with a clear and responsible vision
• You streamline communication between sectors, so that every project progresses like a well-oiled machine

Ultimately, you become a key person in the organisation of TSG at the Givisiez site. A role that is not given. A role that is earned.

What you bring:

You are someone who loves to build, unite, solve. Someone who knows that technology only has value when it serves people. Someone who sees beyond their job description.

Your profile:

• Higher education in business management or engineering (Bachelor, Master, MBA)
• Native French or German speaker, excellent command of the other language (Italian is a real asset)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management role

• Proven experience in managing teams and multidisciplinary sectors
• Natural and inspiring leadership, ability to structure and deliver
• Organisational skills and project management competencies, solution and customer service oriented
• Relational ease, fluent and objective communication in both required languages
