You report to the "Operations Manager DACH" and provide efficient and proactive support in processing customer orders in pre-sales and after-sales for the Swiss market.

Your tasks:

• Processing orders and tracking until invoicing
• Coordinating the resolution of disputes and customer concerns in collaboration with various company departments
• Providing support in pre-sales, preparing offers, highlighting special offers and new products to actively contribute to sales
• Advising and supporting customers in all commercial, product-related and technical matters
• Managing internal software and platforms related to customers
• Ensuring the review, administrative processing and completion of repair cases submitted by customer service according to applicable procedures
• Ensuring the administrative processing and management of loan and test devices, from provision to return
• Contributing to the implementation of advertising campaigns and related events

Your skills:

• You have a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a merchant, office employee or an equivalent qualification
• You have excellent knowledge of common IT applications
• You are able to work independently, carefully and conscientiously
• You are pragmatic, have good communication skills and enjoy working with people
• You are a native Swiss German speaker and fluent in French; additional languages are an advantage
