As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in understanding business challenges and translating needs into concrete solutions, working closely with stakeholders and IT teams.

What you do daily

You analyse business needs, formalise them through analysis documents, and write clear and structured functional specifications to facilitate their implementation by IT teams.

You lead workshops and interviews with various stakeholders and prepare concise presentations to explain the situation simply and precisely.

You exploit and interpret statistical data to support analyses, objectify findings, and aid decision-making.

You actively contribute to the modelling and optimisation of business processes, in close collaboration with stakeholders, as well as to the definition, coordination, and monitoring of action plans.

You are involved in managing functional tests, including writing test cases, execution, tracking anomalies, and providing support during deployment phases.

What you bring to the team

You have a Business Analyst qualification, university degree or an equivalent title, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with solid knowledge of customer service-oriented or benefits environments. Knowledge of health insurance would be a real plus.

You have expertise in one or more key areas such as regulatory, digital, process optimisation, or configuration tools (Syrius, BSI, SUMEX, etc.), and you are proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of Azure DevOps and/or data analysis is a real asset.

Your mastery of French is essential. Knowledge of German is a real plus. You are results-oriented, organised, and comfortable in communication, combining autonomy, flexibility, analytical and synthetic thinking, creativity, and a global vision.
