The CPEF (State of Fribourg Pension Fund) is a public law institution that insures all State personnel and around 75 State-related institutions (municipalities, foundations, corporations, etc.) under the 2nd pillar. The CPEF has more than 22,000 active insured persons and over 9,000 beneficiaries receiving benefits. It currently has a balance sheet of 7 billion francs and employs 32 staff members.
The State of Fribourg Pension Fund is looking for a technical manager to ensure the operational management of occupational pension (LPP) files and guarantee the quality, reliability and compliance of benefits provided to insured persons and affiliated employers. In collaboration with various internal and external partners, he/she ensures the processing of pension files in compliance with legal and regulatory provisions.

- Management of active insured persons (entry, buyback, divorce, EPL payment/refund, exit)
- Management of pension beneficiaries (benefits in case of retirement, disability or death)
- Preparation of correspondence, telephone and counter interviews within own area of activity
- Commercial employee CFC (E-profile) or equivalent training, with several years of experience in occupational pension
- Certificate in social insurance or federal diploma as a pension specialist for personnel (an advantage)
- Comfortable with numbers and IT tools
- Ease in writing letters
- Sense of responsibility, rigour and autonomy
- Fluency in French or German with excellent knowledge of the other language
